All-Purpose Asian Dipping Sauce

Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon water
  4. 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  5. 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  6. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  7. 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

Whisk (or shake in a tight-sealing jar) all ingredients together. Serve.
