About Lia
Hey there, I’m Lia Huber, and I believe you don’t have to be a chef or “foodie” to cook fabulous-tasting food and you don’t need to be a nutritionist to make healthy choices. I founded NOURISH Network in 2009 to empower regular people to make a permanent shift from processed food to real food by making little tweaks to their every day life. I’m also a widely-published writer and recipe developer for national food magazines like Cooking Light, Prevention and Health, and speak frequently on television and in person to rally others to the NOURISH Evolution.
