Use this as a drizzle or dip for just about any Asian dish. Fumiko’s Gyoza are especially good for dunking.
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Whisk (or shake in a tight-sealing jar) all ingredients together. Serve.
