Dukka Mix

I tasted this on a mad rush through the farmers market this weekend and am glad I did. Dukka is a Middle Eastern spice blend of nuts and seeds, and these guys include local fennel in theirs (of which I’m a big fan … I’m known for pulling off on the side of the road and snipping fennel heads for dinner).
