This is one of our all-time fave breakfast treats at NOURISH Network. It tastes like pumpkin pie in a bowl! The addition of pumpkin and spices makes it festive enough for a holiday weekend.
Creamy, spicy and aromatic, this pumpkin curry warms up any chilly autumn night.
Enjoy this warm-spiced quick bread anytime of day–for breakfast, an afternoon snack or even dessert. It’s also nice baked as muffins or into little 5 x 2-1/2-inch loaves to give as gifts.
This is the NOURISH version of a classic pumpkin pie. And our Graham cracker crust is an easy option if you don’t feel like making pastry.
You can roast a sugar pumpkin to make the puree for this spectacular cake. Or use a can of unsweetened pumpkin puree. Shhh … we won’t tell!
Whip up a bowl of this heart soup to chase away the winter blues. Leftovers–if there are any!–are awesome for lunch the next day.
Think of this recipe as a template for whatever leftovers you have in your fridge … sauteed greens, squash (pumpkin!) or root veggies, beans, pork or chicken. They all adapt beautifully to this dish.
