I’m an RN working in hospice with a background in ER and L&D. Living in a small rural farming/logging community. Just finished my BSN, PHN. |

| What was your first food epiphany? |
Epiphany? Moving away from cooking Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and Tuna to mushrooms cooked in olive oil and garlic for lunch. |
| What are your five favorite cookbooks and why? |
A “Cooking with Crockpots” book I got 30 years ago – because of a special wine flavored roast. I have a large notebook stuffed full of recipes clipped from newspapers and magazines but now I search online. |

Thanks for that – the cookies look great to pair with a cup of good coffee. I take flax seed oil capsules along with (no odor) fish oil tabs. I did not know about lignans. Have to add that to my oats. steph
