Getting Started with Nourish Network

There are several levels on which you can enjoy Nourish Network.

* By digesting bite-sized bits of information on sound nutrition, eco-clean eating and mindful meals in the written posts.

* Through tempting recipes that put them all into practice.

* Through video clips featuring kitchen tips and other topics.

* And by connecting with others in the Nourish Network member area.

So browse around, read some articles, watch some videos, cook some recipes and by all means . . . become a member to continue the conversation!

What’s in the Nourish Network Member Area?

Think of the Nourish Network Member Area like Facebook for foodies, only with the opportunity to take the conversation to a deeper level. You can create your own profile, find others with similar interests, see what they’re reading, watching and cooking, and share what you are too. You can also dig deeper into the topics covered on Nourish Network in the Conversation area.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does my profile work?
Once you set up your profile and sign-in to Nourish Network, all of your activity is tracked on your profile page. So your friends can see what you’re reading and cooking, and what you’ve said in comments and conversation. To see a snapshot of what your friends have been up to, click on the Activity tab in the Member area and then My Friends.

How do the groups work?
Each group centers around a topical area of Nourish Network—Sound Nutrition, Mindful Meals and Eco Bites. Within the groups are topic-specific conversations where you can bat around deeper ideas. For instance, if you read a post on fish farming and want to see what other members think on the topic, you can go into the Eco-Bites group and join the conversation on aquaculture.

Can I create a group of my own?
Not at this point. There is a possibility of adding that functionality in the future, however, if members express interest in additional groups centered on specific topics or locales.
