		<description><![CDATA[I made this for dinner tonight.  &quot;Yum&quot; stuffed is such an appropriate name.  SO GOOD!  My family unfortunately has an aversion to mushrooms, so I left them out, but still sauted the shallots &amp; garlic and put them in the chicken breasts.

I served it with broccoli &amp; garlic bread.  Awesome meal!]]></description>
