We JUST joined a local meat CSA and had an outstanding choucroute two nights ago. Country pork ribs and kielbasa braised with the saurkraut--I was astounded at how much flavor there was, and such luscious texture! We&#039;re having ham sandwiches for lunch today with some that was included in our monthly package.
