The simple syrup is easy to make and once the bacon cools a little it is awesome. We didn’t have dry mustard and it was still great. My 4 yr old asked for “bacon on a stick” for breakfast the next day! Definitely on the menu for guests. Thanks BTW. This is much cheaper than millionaire’s bacon (ala unnamed restaurant in SF)
