My husband doesn't like them because they don't have much meat on them. :-) Guess we'd have to have three or four for dinner. I'm not a fan of the giblets . . .. my sweet mother-in-law started making her turkey gravy sans giblets just for me. We just use the pan drippings. Well, tomorrow is the big day and mom-in-law is in charge of the turkey, dressing and mashed potatoes and gravy. I'm bringing Kurt's Mom's Wild Rice and pies. My sis-in-law and her daughter are bringing roasted veggies and cranberry sauce. I'd better make sure there are Brussel's Sprouts for my 24 year old son and I. I heard a poll on the radio yesterday . . . the number one favorite part of a Thanksgiving meal for most Americans is . . . . . . . . The ones in my yard don't have their feathers all fluffed like that. I wish they did - that would be beautiful, really - - but their feathers are all flattened.
