I am not a fan of hot peppers but your recipe for the chili sounds wonderful.  I will try it with much less heat than the recipe calls for.  My mother used to eat Hungarian peppers which way back then was considered a very hot pepper.  Today, i guess it would be considered mild.  Your website sounds interesting.  Good luck.
